To Re-Bill a single claim, click on Charges and then click on Edit Charges.
The Charge Master screen opens in a new window
1. Select the patient by entering the full/partial (at least 3 letters) last name in the box provided. A list of patients fulfilling the search criteria will be displayed. Select the patient from the list.
2. Click on the DOS for which the claim need to Re-billed
3. On the encounter line, click on the Status dropdown, and select RE_BILL_TO_PR if the claim needs to be re-billed to the primary insurance. Your selection will change depending on, to whom (Primary/Secondary/Tertiary) the claim need to be re-billed.
4. Click on Save after selecting an appropriate status.
To Mass Re-Bill claims, click on Charges and then click on Submit claims
5. Click on Print/Re-Bill Tab
Search for the claims that need to be Re-Billed by entering the required parameter and clicking on search
From the search result, select the claims that need to be re-billed
Click on Re-Bill
Click on OK to confirm the Re-Bill
You get a confirmation message once the Re-Bill is successful
