1. To view the Uncharted Visits by Provider, click on the Reports Central module and choose Uncharted Visits by Provider to open the corresponding screen.

 

 

2. In the Appt Date From box, enter the date from which you want details of uncharted visits, similarly in the To box, enter the date up to which details should be displayed.

3. Click in the Legal Entity box and choose your legal entity from the list or choose ALL.

4. From the Provider Name box select the required provider or choose ALL.

5. To specify the number of results to be displayed on a page, click in the Results per page box and choose the required option.

6.After entering all the necessary parameters, click the Search button. The Uncharted Visits by Provider will be displayed as shown in the image above.

7. To view or print this report in Microsoft Excel format, click on the excel icon.
