Incomplete Patient Records

1. To view the Incomplete Patient Records report, click on the Reports Central module and choose Incomplete Patient Records to open the corresponding screen.

2. Click in the LE Name box and choose your legal entity from the list or choose ALL.

3. To specify the number of results to be displayed on a page, click in the Results per page box and choose the required option.

4. After entering all the necessary parameters, click the Search button. The Incomplete Patient  Records by Provider will be displayed as shown in the image above.

5. To view or print this report in Microsoft Excel format, click on the excel icon excel icon.
