The Balances and On Account ( Unapplied Payments) can be reviewed while scheduling a patient, or opening up an existing appointment.

a. The Billing information section on the patient’s appointment displays the Insurance, Patient Balances  & the On-Account  totals for the patient.

b. Clicking on the On-Account  link lists the On-Account payments for the patient.
