To reprint/re-fax or email an order from a previous visit, follow the steps given below.

Select a patient and open the charting screen and then click the Visit Hx tab.. |

The Visit History of the patient will be displayed here date wise. You can also search for Past Visits by Consultation sheet, Diagnosis, Provider and DOS (Date of service). Click on a visit from the list to view the narration for the visit on the right. |

Below the narration the details of CPOE (Computerized Physician Order Entry) for this visit is given. You can Reprint/Re-Fax/Re-email/Resend the order by clicking on the corresponding buttons. |
