The different conditions by which the Authorization is not displayed in the list to choose on a charge, even if it has been added.
1. The Payer type of the Authorization and the Payer type of the selected Case in Enter Charge may be different.
2. The Insurance selected in the Authorization and that in the selected Case may be different.
