How to Merge patient?

Patient Merge will merge two patients record into a single patient Record. To Merge, Navigate towards Main Menu & Click on Patient & patient search screen will open up.

On the right side of the patient search, click on Merge Icon and Patient Merge screen with Primary Patient record and secondary patient Record

will open up.

Enter the Primary patient name in the Search Name field. Select Primary Record typically the record that has more or better information.

And enter secondary patient name in the search name field which is to be merged with primary Record.

Click on Merge and the secondary patient data will get merged with the Primary Record.

We can even view the patient Master screen of the Primary Patient and Secondary Patient by click on the PM Icon.
