This is a detailed report which provides aging information. Details of aging like: Aging since DOS and Aging since Claim Date is given in this report. The details of each claim like patient Name, Case #, Rendering Provider, DOS, POS, Service Location, Claim Date, CPT, Diagnosis codes, Line Status, etc is also displayed. A link is also provided to open the Charge Master screen for each line.

 

1. To view the Detailed Insurance Aging report, click on the Reports Central module and choose Detailed- Insurance Aging Report, to open the corresponding screen.

 

 

2. Type the first few letters of the name of the Insurance Company in box provided. From the list that appears, select the insurance company that you want. You can also search using the search button and choose the required Insurance from the list.

The Detailed Insurance Aging Report will be displayed immediately, as shown in the image above.

3. You can set the details of aging to be displayed by setting the Aging Bucket to less than 30, 30-60, >180 etc.

4. Click in the All check box to view the details for all the insurance companies.

5. To view or print this report in Microsoft Excel format, click on the excel icon.
