Claims Detail Report

This report gives details related to the claims patient wise

 

1. To view this report, click on the Reports Central module and choose Claims Detail Report to open the corresponding screen.

2. In the Claim Date From box, enter the date from which the details should be displayed. Similarly in the To box, enter the date up to which details should be displayed.

3. In the Dos From box, enter the date of service from which the details should be displayed. Similarly in the To box, enter the date up to which details should be displayed.

4. From the Claim Batch Type box, select the type of claims batch i.e. EDI, PAPER, PRINT IMAGE or choose the ALL option.

5. From the Insurance Level box, set the level of insurance for which details should be displayed i.e Primary, Secondary or Tertiary

6. Choose the EMC Receiver for which details should be displayed.

7. After entering the necessary parameters, click the Search button. The Claims Detail Report will be displayed as shown below.

8. To view or print this report in Excel format, click on the excel icon excel icon. To view/print this report in pdf format, Click the pdf_icon pdf icon.
