The Patients by Insurance Company Report, gives a detailed list of patients, classified insurance company wise. This report provides information like total number of patients under each insurance company, Patient name, Medical record number, Insurance Id, Insurance level i.e whether primary, secondary or tertiary etc.  

 

1. To view the Patient by Insurance Company Report, click on the Reports module and choose Patient by Insurance Company to open the corresponding screen.

2. To view details of patients for any particular Insurance company only, click in the INS Co Name box and type the first three letters of the company name and from the list that appears, choose the company.

3. In the Creation Date From box, enter the date from which you want details to be displayed in the report. Similarly in the Creation Date To box, enter the date up to which details should be displayed.

4. The report can be further sorted by choosing any of the following options from the Sort Results by box.

(i) Patient Name :- Choose this option to sort the results by patient name.

(ii) Creation Date :- Choose this option to sort by results by insurance creation date.

(iii) INS Level :- Choose this option to sort the results according to Primary, Secondary or Tertiary insurance levels.

 

5. After entering all the necessary parameters, click the Search button, the Patient by Insurance Company report will be displayed as shown below.

 

 

6. To view or print this report in Microsoft Excel format, click on the excel icon. To view/print this report in pdf format, Click the pdf icon.
