The Monthly Activity Analysis Report gives the details of the Total Charges, Total Payments, Total Adjustment, Total Work (Tot Pmt + Tot Adj) and the Balance for each month. Details Charges, Payments and Adjustments on a month by month basis for the accounting range of a year is also displayed.

 

1. To view this report, click on the Reports Central module and choose Monthly Activity Analysis Report to open the corresponding screen.

2. In the As of Acct Date box, enter the as of accounting date for which to generate the report.

 

 

3. Click the Populate button. The Monthly Activity Analysis Report will be generated as a Pdf and displayed as shown below.

 

 

At the bottom of the report, details of the Total Charges, Total Payments, Total Adjustment, Total Work i.e. (Tot Pmt + Tot Adj) and the Balance are displayed for each month.

On the extreme right, details of the Unapplied Payments for each month is shown.

Details of the Charges, Payments and Adjustments is also displayed for each month.
